Boogie is a very small male Chihuahua, weighing 5 pounds or less, with a distinctive brown and black coat. He can be recognized by his pigeon-toed gait, an underbite, a black snout, and ears that flop forward. He was last seen wearing a purple collar and is both microchipped and neutered.
