This is a beautiful, friendly lovebird that flew onto the finder's shoulder from a second-floor balcony in Parkdale, Calgary. The finder is unable to keep the bird for long due to owning a cat. Source: https://www.911parrotalert.com/found/found-canada-ab-calgary-lovebird-august-12-12/
