Chloe is a lost female dog last seen in Roseburg, OR in June 2019. She is distinctly cream-colored with tan markings and was spayed. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a collar and a blue harness. Source: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/lostandfound/oregon/roseburg/
