Romeo is a black and white male cat, approximately 7 months old, who went missing from his home in Syracuse after 8 AM this morning. He is wearing a distinctive blue and black checkered collar with a bell and is microchipped. Owners believe he may have fallen out of a window and is now hiding in unfamiliar surroundings.
