This found pet is believed to be an Indian Ringneck parakeet, an exotic bird not native to Fall River, Massachusetts. It was discovered unexpectedly at Alianca Platter House on Easter morning, and the restaurant staff is currently caring for it while searching for its rightful owner through social media.
