Cooper is a recently adopted Shepherd mix who bolted shortly after arriving at his new home. He is described as brown (tan) with a distinctive white stripe on his chest and black fur around his muzzle. This larger dog weighs approximately 77 lbs and was last seen wearing a black collar.
