Found DOG

Bowser

Posted Apr 2, 2026

This large black and white dog was found chained to a telephone pole on Glen Road in Lebanon, NH, suffering from a laceration on its head and neck. Officers transported the dog, which does not appear to have a microchip, to the Upper Valley Humane Society. Referred to by some as Bowser, this sweet and friendly dog is currently the subject of an active police investigation.
