Bluey is a cautious but extremely sweet 8-month-old blue tabby boy who was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. He prefers a quieter home away from loud noises and busy people, and greatly enjoys playing with spring toys and fuzzy mice.
