A scared male dog was found at the Pilot Travel Center in Franksville, Racine County. He was trapped by Billy's Posse, a lost dog recovery team, and is currently at the Wisconsin Humane Society in Racine. He is on a stray hold until late Saturday, with efforts being made to find his owner before he goes up for adoption.
