Teddy is a small, white Miniature Poodle who was dognapped from his owner in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in September 2023. He was found nearly a year later, approximately 2,000 miles away in Riverton, Wyoming, during a traffic stop involving his alleged dognapper, and is now awaiting his return home.
