Miko is a 7-month-old male kitten residing at The Feline Connection, diagnosed with an inoperable ventricular septal defect (VSD). While his condition requires lifelong, expensive heart medication, he currently shows no labored breathing and has a fair prognosis for a full life with proper monitoring and treatment.
