Rina was an abandoned puppy, found living outside in a muddy pen, who was later surrendered to PETA and transferred to Chesapeake Humane Society. Despite her initial health issues with intestinal parasites, she was described as a sweet, snuggly, and happy dog who quickly found her forever home.
