Rifle is a handsome 4-year-old Border Collie Mix with a quiet and gentle soul, often described as a 'velcro dog' who stays close on walks. He is social and polite with both humans and other dogs, and even disinterested in cats, making him ideal for a multi-pet home despite some insecurity in new environments. Currently, he is dealing with ongoing medical issues concerning his ankle.
